Base fee:

  • For organizations that want to raise awareness through distribution of FREE educational literature and which DO

    NOT offer any items or services for sale. For additional marketing exposure for sale items or services, as well as

    for those companies who are unable to have a sales representative attend the conference. A limited quantity

    and variety of your company brochures will be displayed on a skirted table in the Exhibit Hall.
  • An opportunity to get a memorable promotional item from your company put in each attendee’s conference bag.

    Provide us with one item, we will insert it in every attendee bag (approximately 500), and our members will be

    reminded of your company long after the conference has ended. (Non-Exhibitor Fee: $100)

TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A $100 deposit is required at time of application. Payment in full is due by September 1, 2016. A fee of 15% of the total exhibit space cost will be assessed for cancellations received from September 1 to September 30, 2016. Cancellations received after October 1, 2016, will result in a full forfeiture of exhibit space rental fee.
