This will be hands on, so the coaches and teachers can feel how to increase power as well as reduce the risk of injury. There are over 250,000 ACL injuries each year, there must be a program to help increase performance as well as reduce the risk of injury. This will give the base principles to set up that program at each school in Arizona. I look forward to presenting again this year to your great Teachers and Coaches in Arizona.
