  Cancellations received after October 1, 2025, will result in a full forfeiture of exhibit space rental fee.

  Get ready for the 2025 Arizona Health and Physical Education State Convention at the Mesa Convention Center. We have a bigger room and more exciting sessions coming so mark your calendars! Registration opens August 4, 2025. 

  For Purchase Orders, please register without paying. Once registered, the registration system will send you an invoice (please include the email for your accounts payable person at your district). Please submit the invoice to your accounts payable and send the Purchase Order form to the following address or email.

  Cancellations made after October 17th, 2025 or registrants that do not attend the convention are still responsible for the full registration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing no later than October 17th, 2025 to Jennifer Houston at  houston@azhpe.org.
