  • Guest of Arizona Health and Physical Education. Please submit this registration. This includes Guest and Speakers of Arizona Health and Physical Education and Administrators of this year's Honorees. Thank you.
  • Due to the cost of this event, Past Presidents, Honorees are each allowed one guest. Additional guest must pay a $10 admission fee. Thank you.

The 2024 Honor and Recognition Awards will be at the Historic Irving School in Mesa.

This is by invitation only for honorees, past-presidents and lifetime members. Each invited guest may be accompanied by one guest at no fee.  Additional guests will need to pay a $10 guest fee.

All Past-Presidents are Lifetime Members and must login.  If you do not remember your password, the system will guide you to generate a new one.
