Individuals that have been approved for presenting at the 2019 Arizona State Convention will need to register here unless you are also participating as an attendee. Please feel free to contact Heather Chewning, President (chewning@azhpe.org) with questions.

Arizona Health and Physical Education Board Member may register at the $65 fee for the entire convention as long as they attended 75% of all events and activities. Please contact Heather Chewning, (chewning@azhpe.org) to request the code.
The fee is for both days of the Convention.

* Full-time college student is defined as taking at least 15 credit hours per semester. Students registering after November 1st will be charged a $10 administrative fee.
