Active Member – $85.00
Active member (membership paid and up to date) after September 1, 2026
Early Bird Active Member Before Sept 1 – $70.00
For active members who register before the early bird deadline of September 1, 2026.
Early Bird New or Renewing Member – $115.00
Early bird convention price of $70 plus a yearly membership price of $45.
Future Professional/Student
15 or more units undergraduate
12 or more units graduate
Proof of paid membership of $50
You will NOT be allowed to attend the convention if you have not paid your yearly membership
New or Renewing Member – $130.00
Regular convention price of $85 plus yearly membership of $45.
Non-member on-site Registration – $145.00
Day of convention registration of $100, yearly membership of $45.
On site registration – $100.00
Registration on site/day of convention for active member.
Presenter/Administrator/ or guest
Reserved for those who are presenting a session at the convention, are an administrator accompanying a physical education teacher or an invited guest. Please contact Jennifer Houston at houston@azhpe.org for a code to register using this registration type.
Retiree Members – $70.00

Get ready for the 2026 Arizona Health and Physical Education State Convention at the Mesa Convention Center! Early bird registration is open now until September 1st. After September 1st, prices go up so register now!

If you are using a purchase order, please be sure to have your district's approval FIRST! You will be asked for a copy of that purchase order when you show up to the convention. When you register online, you register without paying. Once you are registered, the registration system will send you an invoice (please include the email for your accounts payable person at your district). Please submit the invoice to your accounts payable and send the Purchase Order form to the following address or email.

PLEASE register for yourself only! If there are multiple teachers from a district attending convention, please have each attendee register individually under their own name.

Want to come early? Enjoy the night before at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Phoenix Mesa, which is right next to the Mesa Convention Center. The hotel is graciously offering convention attendees a 20% discounted rate of $159/night.

Cancellations made after October 17th, 2026 or registrants that do not attend the convention are still responsible for the full registration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing no later than October 17th, 2026 to Jennifer Houston at houston@azhpe.org.
