Monday, October 26, 2026 | 5:00–6:00 PM
MPS Creative ARTS School (Old Irving School)
Located at 155 N. Center St in Mesa, Arizona
There is something special about taking a moment to stop, celebrate, and recognize the people who make a difference every day. This October, Arizona Health and Physical Education (AZHPE) is excited to do just that!
Join us for the 2026 AZHPE Honors & Recognition Night as we gather together to celebrate the incredible physical educators, administrators, and professionals who are making an impact across Arizona.
Celebrating Those Who Make a Difference
Arizona is fortunate to have so many passionate, creative, dedicated, and inspiring physical educators working to provide meaningful physical education experiences for students.
Our teachers do so much more than teach sports and activities. They help students develop confidence, cooperation, perseverance, movement skills, healthy habits, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity.
The AZHPE Honors & Recognition Night is our opportunity to shine a spotlight on these professionals and say:
THANK YOU for the work you do!
During the evening, AZHPE will recognize outstanding physical educators, administrators, and other professionals whose dedication and contributions have helped advance health and physical education throughout Arizona.
Whether they are inspiring students in the gym, supporting teachers and programs as administrators, advocating for quality physical education, or contributing to our profession in other meaningful ways, these individuals deserve to be celebrated.
An Evening of Celebration
We invite AZHPE members, honorees, colleagues, friends, and supporters to join us for an evening dedicated to recognizing the people who make our profession so special.
Light appetizers will be served before the ceremony, giving everyone an opportunity to mingle, reconnect with colleagues, and celebrate together before the awards begin.
Each award winner is permitted two guests to attend for free (so you and two others). If you would like to bring additional guests, a small cost of $5.00 per guest will be required.
Come celebrate the accomplishments of your colleagues and be part of an evening that reminds us just how strong and passionate the Arizona health and physical education community truly is.
The Celebration Doesn't Stop at 6!
After the ceremony, the AZHPE Board would love for you to continue the celebration with us!
Join us at 12 West Brewing Company following the awards ceremony as we raise a glass, share some laughs, and celebrate this year's amazing honorees.
Because accomplishments like these deserve more than just a handshake and an award—they deserve a celebration with friends and colleagues!
Bring your AZHPE friends, your colleagues, and your enthusiasm for our profession. Let's make this a night to remember!
❤️ Come Celebrate With Us!
The 2026 AZHPE Honors & Recognition Night is more than an awards ceremony. It's an opportunity to celebrate our profession, recognize excellence, reconnect with colleagues, and honor the people who make a difference in the lives of Arizona students every day.
We can't wait to see you there!
Congratulations to all of our 2026 honorees!
